Devolution PS in Laikipia for the launch of KDSPII

State Department Principal Secretary today joined Laikipia County Governor Joshua Irungu to launch the 2nd Kenya Devolution Support Program that will help strengthen the County's governance systems, enhance institutional capacity, and improve service delivery. PS Mbaika said that Kenya's devolution journey was a beacon of hope for socioeconomic transformation with remarkable progress seen in the establishment and operationalization of county governments in the past decade.
