Today, the P.S State Department for Devolution, Ms. Teresia Mbaika CBS welcomed a delegation from Malawi who are on a 5day study tour to Kenya. The visit is anchored on sharing of experiences in local governance and fiscal decentralisation. The PS shared highlights on the Kenya devolution journey and was confident this study tour will have significant impact to Malawi in its journey to strengthening its governance and service delivery to her people.
