KDSP II Agreement Signing

The PS, State Department for Devolution Ms.Teresia Mbaika CBS and the Governor for Bungoma County, H.E, Hon Kenneth Lusaka, today signed the Second Kenya Devolution Support Program (KDSP II) Participation Agreement. The signing ceremony took place at the governor's office in Bungoma.

Signing of the participation agreement is one of the minimum conditions that all counties must meet to participate in KDSP II. The PS is, therefore, in the process of signing the agreement with all the 47 county governors. She was accompanied by her PA, Margaret Osilli, during the signing ceremony.

Other officers present during the signing of the participation agreement included: Benedict (CECM PublicService and Devolution for Bungoma County), William (County Secretary for Bungoma County), and
Muthuri (State Department for Devolution).
