It’s a beautiful day here in Homa Bay County as we kick off yet another inspiring day of the 2025 Devolution Conference a celebration of unity, growth and shared prosperity across Kenya. Inset- state department staff arriving in the main conference area.

Today promises to be extraordinary as we welcome H.E. President Dr. William Samoei Ruto, CGH, who will grace the event and engage with leaders, innovators and citizens shaping our nation’s future.

Our Principal Secretary Michael Loikenu Lenasalon is in attendance to help chart the course for a stronger, more inclusive Kenya county by county, community by community.
